Elspeth Horner was invited to speak at an event last week held by the Insurance Council of New Zealand Te Kāhui Inihua o Aotearoa(ICNZ), New Zealand Insurance Law Association (NZILA) and AMINZ ‘Counsel are from Venus and Mediators from Mars‘ discussing topics such as preparation for mediation, the role of experts, dealing with difficult people and some of the reasons behind a failure to settle.
